GENERAL PROVISIONS

The tenant will not be able to prevail under any circumstances right to remain in the premises at the end of the period initially provided for on the contract.

Arrival and departure

Arrivals are between 3 p.m. and midnight

When you book, we will ask you to tell us more precisely your arrival time so that we can welcome you in the best conditions. In case of delay, it is imperative to us notify by phone so that we can organize ourselves. Departures are between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

We will meet you there at the time you have set for us, to inventory and recovery of keys.

Internet

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The tenant agrees to use this access in compliance with the laws in force. The owner cannot not be held responsible for fluctuating flow.

Parking

Private parking is reserved for the tenant

Pets

Pets are only allowed with the prior consent of the owner

The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.

Ashtrays will be available exclusively in the spaces exteriors.

Household linen

The household linen provided to the tenants must remain inside the housing.

Water / electricity consumption

In an ecological concern, the tenant agrees to have a use water and electricity.

Materials and equipment

The use of various materials and equipment made available to the tenant (free of charge or rented) remains under the sole responsibility of tenant who declares that he has “civil liability” insurance taking charge of all incidents or damage that may occur when using these. He renounces to engage the responsibility of HDM hosting in any capacity whatsoever. He will not be able to return responsible for the owner of any personal injury or material damage caused to third parties or to yourself.

Children remain under the responsibility and supervision of their parents or people with responsibility.

PAYMENT

The reservation will become effective as soon as the tenant has accepted the these general rental conditions

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

At the initiative of the tenant

In the event of cancellation (imperatively in writing), the entire amount of the rental remains due.

However, if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date, only the deposit will remain due insofar as the accommodation has been re-let.

In the event of an early interruption of the stay by the tenant, and if the responsibility of the owner is not in question, it will not be carried out no refund, except the deposit in the conditions indicated above (see IV).

SECURITY DEPOSIT OR DEPOSIT

On arrival of the customer in the rental, a security deposit is requested by the landlord to prevent accommodation from damage and theft possible. The amount of this security deposit (by check or cash) does not may exceed the total rental cost.

It will be returned to the tenant within a maximum of 15 days following the departure if no degradation or damage has been noted in the accommodation and if it is left in a clean condition. In the event of damage or theft, the owner agrees to return the balance of the amount of the security deposit after deduction of the sums necessary for repairs, restoration and / or purchases, within 60 days included following the return of the keys. If the security deposit is insufficient, the tenant agrees to pay the difference on supporting documents provided by the owner.

CONDITION AND INVENTORIES

The inventory and inventory of furniture and various equipment will be made contradictorily at the beginning and at the end of the stay by the owner and will be signed by both parties.

In the event that it is impossible to carry out an inventory and inventory during on arrival, the tenant takes responsibility for checking the content and report any anomaly, missing or degraded items within 24 hours after arrival. If no comments are made within this period tenant will be presumed to have received the rented premises in good condition and must return them as is, unless proven otherwise (art 1731 of the civil code).

USE OF PREMISES

Upon departure, the tenant agrees to return the furnished apartment in good condition. cleanliness: with empty bins, clean and tidy dishes, the barbecue must be cleaned (indoor / outdoor). If necessary, a supplement of 30 to 90 € may be charged.

The tenant agrees to respect the following rules:

  • Use the premises as a temporary residence, and for other purposes private during his tourist or professional stay.
  • Ensure that the premises are occupied by the signatory of the contract and his companions, without ever exceeding the capacity indicated. The rental can in no case benefit third parties.
  • Do nothing to disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood. In case of a nuisance complaint, only the responsibility of the tenant will be engaged.
  • Comply with the prescriptions, regulations and ordinances in force, especially with regard to health, safety, roads, police, public health and tranquility.

INSURANCE

Responsible for all damage caused by him, the tenant is required to be covered by a resort insurance policy for risks rental (theft, fire, water damage). He must therefore check whether his contract main residence provides for the resort extension (vacation rental) and send proof to the owner upon request.
